Today the collection of metal of the Kirillo-Belozersky museum-reserve contains about 3 thousand objects of the 16th-20th centuries combining church vessels, bells of the 18th-20 centuries (from the monasteries and parish churches, new bells made by the Voronezh co-operative “Vera” and bought from the collectors), arms of the 17th century (cold steel, protective equipment, fire-arms – about 60 items), metal for domestic purposes of the 18th – early 20th century (forged plates and dishes, constructions for holding burning splinters which were used for lightning, locks and keys, samovars – about 40 pieces, upper parts of the chimney). The collection of Old Believer’s castings is unique. It comes from the Old Believer’s chapel closed in 1930-s. This complex includes 149 objects: icons, folding icons, crucifixes.
