From the Time of Troubles till Schism
The film telling about the events of the middle – second half of the 17th century closely connected with the history of the Kirillo-Belozersky monastery was shot in the museum in 2010. Over 50 tsar’s and boyars’ costumes and church vestments made by the costume designers E. Dostal and E. Lukyanova in 2008-2009 were presented at the exhibition along with articles from the museum holdings, such as the portrait of Patriarch Nikon, his armchair, Old Believers’ icons, crosses and folk pictures.
