




July 22 was one of the busiest days of the tourist season. 71 groups of guests from 11 motor ships visited the museum on that day. They came from England, Germany, France, and Russia. But you could also meet tourists from Holland, Denmark, Turkey, China, Poland, Italy and Spain on the museum grounds. Almost one half of the tours was conducted by museum employees in foreign languages. Mainly, the guests saw the exhibitions presented in the House of the Father Superior and in the Treasury Chamber. Besides, tours were also conducted for unscheduled groups of visitors. In all, almost 2 thousand people visited the museum on that day.
