Chronicle leadthrough of restoration works
A full range of restoration works were carried out. Now it is used as hotel.
The repair and restoration works were made by Limited Liability Company “Restoration center – architecture, manufacture, training” (general manager – A. Popov).
Upon the request of the museum the repair works of the building built in the 19th century were financed from the federal budget resources. These works included the repair of interiors, roof and two verandas. Nowadays the exposition “History of the town Kirillov” is in this building.
A full range of the repair and restoration works were carried out. The church was reassembled. Damaged parts were fastened. Logs used for the restoration works of 1957-1958 were replaced with new logs of wood of good quality.

The restoration and reconstruction of carved elements of the iconostasis were finished. The iconostasis and arks were restored and fixed. The area around the church was improved. They installed power supply input and security and fire signal system.
The Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Interregional Science, Restoration and Art Department” (director – S. Filatov) made the restoration anti-damage works of the painting of the XVIIth century in the dome drum.
