As part of the holiday the entertainment program “Snowy Town” and the contest of snow plastic art “Snowy fantasy” were carried out on the territory of the Kirillo-Belozersky museum-reserve.
The students of the Vologda Cultural College opened the holiday. They entertained the guests. The collective of the Vologda School of Popular Art sang songs and played Russian popular games with guests. Then this collective put on the concert of the folklore of the Vologda region in the conference hall of the museum.
The writer of the Novgorod region, Vladimir Krasnov put up with the residents of Kirillov and introduced his new book “Silence of Solitude”.
The superlative of the museum program was the concert of the Vologda Ensemble of Russian song “Solstice” created as part of the Vologda State Philharmonic. Spectators heard some of the best songs of the Vologda region and the North-West of Russia. At the end of the concert somebody said: “Kirillov has never seen it.”
