A film has been again shot in the Kirillo-Belozersky museum-reserve today. The creative group of the television company “National Cinema” working on the documentary series “Secrets of Large Golden Ring of Russia” has come to Kirillov this time. The film is made at the commission of “Rossiya K” channel. Every part of the cycle tells people about one region of our country and richness of its historical and cultural heritage.
At present they are working on the episode about the Vologda region and have already made video with the sights of Vologda, Veliky Ustiug, Totma and Sizma. Besides, the film crew visited the Museum of Architecture and Ethnography in the village of Semenkovo.
As for Kirillov, they shot on the grounds of the museum, in some exhibition halls, on the Belfry, in the Assumption Cathedral and in the functioning Church of St. Kirill Belozersky. Of course, the television crew also went to the Museum of Dionisy’s Frescoes in Ferapontovo within the framework of the working visit.
“Any city has its own history and culture and deserves attention of tourists”, considers Yuri Malyugin, who has visited various parts of Russia while working on the project.
It is planned that the film about the Vologda region will be ready for screening in January 2014. Administration of “Rossiya K” channel will fix the exact data.
