Cultural life in the Kirillo-Belozersky museum-reserve was in full swing from January 2 through 8, 2013. The New Year’s museum included concerts of local and Vologda’s singers, performances, the military and historical festival “Character of the North”, opening of the exhibition “History of the monastery during the reign of the Romanovs” and the doll miniature club of People’s Master of Russia Marina Vasilieva and tours. According to statistics, a lot of people – 1562 guests - visited our museum during the winter vacation. About 7,5 thousand people went to the exhibitions. Among them there were inhabitants of Kirillov and other cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg.
On January 2, many people attended the concert of Artyom Polkovnikov titled “New Year’s Greetings”. The first event of 2013 was a great success! It attracted a capacity crowd.
